HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCT?

We conduct strict quality checks during shipping and packaging. However, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged, defective, wrong product, or an incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly email clear photos to sales@itrangi.com, and we will assist you promptly.

For claims related to damaged or defective products, an **unboxing video** is mandatory. After reviewing the claim, a refund or replacement will be processed within 4–7 working days.

FAILED ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

In case of a failed online transaction, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment source within 7 working days.
